Responsible use of MolexIO.
These are launch-preparation terms, not a substitute for counsel-approved customer terms.
Scientific use
MolexIO computational outputs support research prioritization. Predictions and docking scores are not clinical, regulatory, safety, efficacy, or experimental potency determinations and require appropriate expert review and validation.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate registration details, protect credentials, use only authorized projects and data, and promptly report suspected compromise.
Data authority
Users must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share all submitted structures, assays, files, and related intellectual property.
Production contract
Service levels, warranties, liability, governing law, billing, deletion, export, confidentiality, and support terms must be finalized in the applicable customer agreement before commercial production use.
